When was the house built?

This new house was built between 2023 and 2025 - finished in September 2025. 

What is the minimum stay?

You gotta stay at least 1 night. Otherwise - what's the point? 

What is the maximum stay? 

There's no theoretical maximum but practically, it's 7 nights or so.

Are pets allowed?

Because you are either a friend or a family member, yes. Just be careful in cleaning up after them. We have pets and if they smell other animals, they get pretty mad at us. 

Are there any rules or prohibitions?

Yes. No wild parties. No slobs. Take good care of the property and the contents. Contact us when you have any problem. And finally, enjoy your time on Whidbey Island!

What is the rate per night?

To stay here, you have to be someone we love, trust and/or adore (friends, family, or other related party). 

Depending on our visiting schedule, we might ask you to reimburse us for an extra cleaning. We have a fabulous housecleaner who charges between $250 and $350 each time. So we may ask you to Venmo or Zelle that over to us. But if the clean is already planned, we got ya - no problem!

2. your contact info

3. dates you're interested in

4. how many people you'll be

5. ages of all guests, and 

6. where you'll be coming from.
