When was the house built?

This new house was built between 2023 and 2025 - finished in September 2025. 

What is the minimum stay?

Just 1 night in the low season. In high season (May 1 through Labor Day weekend), it's 5 nights.

What is the maximum stay? 

7 nights maximum, no exceptions.

Are pets allowed?

Sorry, no. We have pets and if they smell other animals, they get pretty mad at us. 

Are there any rules or prohibitions?

Yes. No parties. No pets. No slobs. Take good care of the property and the contents. Contact us when you have any problem. And finally, enjoy your time on Whidbey Island!

What is the rate per night?

Depending on the season, the nightly rate varies from $500 weekdays in winter to $3,000 weekends in the summer. We will let you know when you contact us with your inquiry to reserve time (see next question).
